A sprout from a good home rarely comes alone. This sprouting trio of lentils, radishes and mustard seeds grows together in a sprouting jar. The soaking time is 4-6 hours, after which the sprouts should be rinsed about twice a day. You can harvest the fruits of your labor after just 5 to 6 days. Caution: Occasionally hard seeds are possible after germination.

Currently, green lentils are sometimes used in our sprouting mixtures instead of brown lentils.
