Sportusal cold & hot pack are reusable compresses with gel beads and a soft fleece backing. They can be used as cold or hot compresses directly on the skin, depending on your needs. Cold compress: Relieves pain, reduces swelling and inflammation for bruises, contusions, strains and bumps, as well as toothaches and headaches. Use as an immediate treatment and for therapy. Warm compress: Relieves pain and relaxes in muscle and joint pain, muscle stiffness and tension, and menstrual cramps. As an immediate treatment and for therapy.

Use

Cold compress:

Store compress in storage bag in advance in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Place cold compress with soft fleece on the desired part of the body. Do not apply cold therapy to the same area for more than 5 minutes.

Warm compress:

• Wrap compress in a cloth without storage bag.
• Heat in the microwave at 700 - 800 watts for 30 to 50 seconds maximum. For a compress that is frozen at the beginning, the following heating time applies: 90 to a maximum of 120 seconds.
• Place warm compress with soft fleece side on the desired body part.
• To reheat a compress that has not yet cooled down, heat it in the microwave in increments of 5 - 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached.
