SymbioLact is a dietary supplement that contains biotin and various strains of lactic acid bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria belong to the representatives of the intestinal flora. The bacteria contained in SymbioLact are freeze-dried. S obas they come into contact with water, they can absorb it, become active and multiply. In addition to the lactic acid bacteria, SymbioLact contains the vitamin biotin (30 µg per sachet). Biotin is important for the maintenance of our skin and mucous membranes. The largest amount of biotin comes from daily food. Application

1-2 times daily pour the contents of one sachet into a glass and add 100-150 ml of non-carbonated water, stir and drink with the main meal. Note: Fruit juices are not suitable for the preparation of the drink.
