The rotatable clip allows the patient to move freely and safely with comfortable fixation, with reduced traction on internal organs from the fixed appliance. The fixed aids can also be worn bessunder clothing so that they are less bulky and do not become undesirably visible.

An "adhesive layer" made of soft silicone enables gentle, hypoallergenic, acrylate adhesive-free fixation to the skin.
