Green healing clay is very suitable for external application. The layered mineral flakes can swell up with liquid - this is the reason for the cleansing effect. Application

• Full bath: 3-4 tablespoons (approx. 100g)
• Sitz bath/foot bath: 1 tablespoon
• Wrap: 1 teaspoon to 1 liter of water

Add the VitaBase Alkaline Bath Salts to the 37°C warm bath water. The duration of the full bath should be at least 30 minutes and may well be extended to 60 minutes. The special deacidifying effect only sets in after about 20 minutes. Rub the skin well with a washcloth or bath brush about every 10 minutes.
