You can recognize the yarrow even in short-cut meadows by its characteristic leaves, which look like small feathers and form a rosette of leaves on the ground. It also penetrates these lowest leaves with essential oils. Leaf on leaf, knot on knot, it builds up the tough, sturdy stalk that bears white-looking flowers in the upper part from June to October. Its leaves are antennae with which the etheric is perceived. The dull, spicy leaf odor increases in the bloom to a mildly spicy flavor. A spicy bitterness permeates the whole plant. The yarrow is the plant with antennae for the other world.
