The carrier material is made of polyamide, the Faserns of which are coated with elemental silver. The triglyceride-based impregnation (neutral lipids) is free of active ingredients.

The soft, thin carrier material has good draping properties and ensures close contact with the wound bed. The surface of the material and the impregnation counteract adhesion to the wound, allowing atraumatic dressing changes. Atrauman Ag is a silver-containing wound dressing. The impregnation cares for the wound edges and prevents maceration.

It is free of active ingredients and contains no kerosene.
