Bauckhof buy fine starch gluten free (250g)

Bauckhof Starch, gluten-free is a very fine starch from the best corn for binding sauces and soups and for desserts. Only gluten-free raw materials are ground in the Bauckhof mini-mill. All products are checked for gluten-freeness in the mill laboratory after production and packaging and are registered with the German Celiac Society with gluten analysis.

Application

Mix cornstarch in cold liquid and stir into boiling liquid. Bring to the boil briefly. For 1 liter of liquid is needed: Flammeris and Grütze approx. 90 g, sauces and soups approx. 40 g (1 level tbsp. = approx. 10 g).
