Application:

To replace a meal: The following preparation is to be observed for one portion (corresponds to one meal): 43 g of AminoBase correspond to approx. 4 level measuring spoons. Mousse: Add 200 ml of soy drink (with 2.3 g sugar and 120 mg calcium per 100 ml) to 43 g AminoBase and stir well with a whisk. Shake: Put 43 g AminoBase with 200 ml soy drink and 200 ml water in a shaker / mixer and mix everything well.
