The pungent taste of the ginger plant galangal is unmistakable and is one of the fixed applications of Hildegard von Bingen. And also dissolved in wine, one recognizes the - according to Hildegard "warm, not cold" - spice immediately. Application
Consumption recommendation: 3 x daily 1 liqueur glass (1 liqueur glass = approx. 50 ml) slightly warmed and sipped.
