Lungwort is native to Central Europe and has a slightly bitter taste. According to Hildegard von Bingen teachings, it is suitable for making lungwort tea and lungwort wine to leave a liberated feeling when breathing deeply.

Application

Lungwort tea: boil 3 tablespoons of lungwort in 1 liter of water. Leave the herbs in the water and drink from it daily in the morning on an empty stomach and at noon after meals. Lungwort wine: boil 3 tablespoons of lungwort in 1 liter of wine. Leave the herbs in the wine and drink one liqueur glass of it daily before meals.
