In Hildegard's literature, the tannins and mucilages of the lungwort are repeatedly referred to, which was probably the reason why Hildegard von Bingen paid attention to this particular herb. Application

Consumption recommendation: take 2 x daily 1 liqueur glass (1 liqueur glass = approx. 50 ml) each time before a meal.
