This purely vegetable spelt semolina soup with selected herbs and spices according to Hildegard von Bingen is the ideal companion - ob as a soup for the Fastentag in between or as part of a Fastenplanes. without flavor enhancers naturally vegan naturally lactose-free without yeast

Application

Add one tablespoon of the Fasten soup powder (10 g) to 250 ml of boiling hot water, stir and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring several times - ready! To avoid lumps, sprinkle the powder slowly and evenly with the spoon and stir.
