Alkaline full bath

For an alkaline full bath you need three lids or three tablespoons of MeineBase. We recommend a bathing temperature of 36 - 38 ° C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a children's full bath of around 20 liters, we recommend half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase.

Alkaline foot bath

You need half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase on a foot bathtub. We recommend a bathing temperature of 38 - 41 ° C and a duration of at least 30 minutes.

Alkaline hand bath

For a hand bath, put half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase on a bowl of water.

Alkaline steam bath
