Gluten-free baking mix for wholemeal bread with seeds organic.

Preparation

Mix dry mix with 9g organic dry yeast well, add 500ml lukewarm water, knead with dough hook only briefly to a smooth dough. Pour dough into loaf pan lined with baking paper (with moistened dough scraper), cover and let bread rest in a warm place for 30 min. Preheat oven to 250°C convection, place water in fireproof bowl in oven, place bread in oven, after 10 min. lower oven temperature to 220°C and additionally briefly open oven door to allow steam to escape, finish baking for 50 min.
