Intake

Daily dosage varies depending on the age of the child. We recommend:

Under 2 years:

• As baby food oil: 2.5 ml (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) every 2 days; contains 560 mg omega-3 fatty acids
• Breast milk: Daily supplementation via the mother (approx. 1 tablespoon); contains 2,000 mg omega-3 fatty acids

2-6 years:

• 2.5 ml daily (about 1/2 teaspoon); contains 560 mg omega-3 fatty acids

6-12 years:

• 5 ml daily (approx. 1 teaspoon); contains 1,120 mg omega-3 fatty acids

12 years and older:

• 9 ml daily (approx. 1. tablespoon); contains 2,000 mg omega-3 fatty acids
