The essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA packed in delicious omega-3 "gummy bear" form. The recommended daily dose is based on weight, e.g. 4 drops at 30 kg - this corresponds to 880 mg omega-3. Marine omega-3 fatty acids have proven positive health effects on heart, eyes and brain. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the intake of omega-3 by the mother or through the follow-on formula, has a positive effect on the normal development of the brain and vision of the infant. Our brain is largely made up of fats, up to 60%. DHA, one of the marine fatty acids, accounts for almost 20% of this. Intake

Daily dosage varies depending on the child's body weight. We recommend:

• 15 kg: 2 pieces per day (440 mg omega-3)
• 23 kg: 3 pieces per day (660 mg omega-3)
• 30 kg: 4 pieces per day (880 mg omega-3)

For pregnant women and nursing mothers different recommendations apply (2 pieces daily - 450 mg EPA/DHA).

Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

We recommend that children under 4 years of age take our liquid omega-3 products. As a complementary food oil or via breast milk (supplementation via the mother). All our omega-3 oils can be taken by children of any age pr oblemlessly. Just make sure to adjust the dosage accordingly.
