With a concentration of 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl-ceilulose (CMC) and 0.9% glycerol, Optive offers long-lasting relief from discomfort. Optive is preserved with Purite, the patented preservative technology from Allergan. Purite transforms into components of the natural tear film (NaCI, H20 and 02) on contact with light. Optive eye drops are therefore preserved in the bottle and unpreserved on the eye. On contact with light, the preservative turns into components of the natural tear film.

Application:

Usual dosage: Apply 1-2 drops to each eye as required. Suitable for contact lens wearers. Simultaneous therapy with other eye drops: keep an application interval of at least 5 minutes.
