Phytomed SOS concentrate contain a balanced mixture of five of the 38 flower essences according to Dr. Edward Bach, in the order of their importance:
- No. 29 Doldiger Milchstern: One has not yet coped with a mental or physical shock.
- No. 26 Yellow Sunflower: One panics easily, has experienced strong anxiety and no longer knows where one's head is.
- No. 18 Glandular knapweed: One is impatient and easily irritated, feels rushed, everything has to be done quickly.
- No. 06 Cherry Plum: You are under a lot of pressure inside, feelings are pent up and you are afraid of losing self-control.
- No. 09 White Wood Vine: One's thoughts are elsewhere, not very attentive to one's surroundings, daydreamer.
Use
For poultices, compresses, etc. add about 12 drops to a bowl of 500 ml of water. For a bath, add about 20 drops to the bath water.
