Evening primrose oil capsules PHYTOMED contain pure, natural oil from the seeds of the evening primrose (Oenothera biennis). These are obtained from controlled organic cultivation. The oil contains at least 74% omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Their most important representatives are linoleic acid (66-76 %) and gamma-linolenic acid (8-12 %). These fatty acids are essential for the body, i.e. they can be produced by the human organism only in insufficient quantities and therefore must be supplied to the body with food.
