Sidroga Buy Elderflower (20 sachets)

Elderflowers are traditionally believed to have diaphoretic properties. Sidroga Elderflower tea is used for feverish colds.

Dosage

Adults, schoolchildren and infants over 1 year of age take 1 cup 3 to 5 times daily before, during or after meals.

Method of use

Pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take out the tea bag and squeeze it gently over the cup. Use only one tea bag per cup of tea and sweeten your tea only after removing the tea bag from the cup. Sidroga Elderflower tea should be drunk preferably hot and throughout the day.
