Preparation

1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over it, leave to infuse for 5 to 8 minutes, squeeze the bag gently and remove. Always add boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food product!
