Use

As a poultice or patch, apply 1 to 2 cm of clay directly to the sensitive area and leave on for 1 to 2 hours. For other applications, apply 2 cm of green healing clay paste directly to a thin cloth. Fold over the four corners. Apply the patch directly to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much of the healing clay as possible, discarding it. Rinse off with lukewarm water. You can also use crushed or granulated green healing clay from the argiletz range.
