Instructions for use:

Making the paste (external): Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of green clay with a little water or flower water in a glass or wooden container. Let it rest for a while. Mix well. Mix with a wooden spatula to a smooth and oily paste.

Envelopes and plasters: For a plaster: apply the paste directly on the skin and cover with food foil to prevent it from drying out quickly. Moisten if necessary. Let it work for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours. Rinse with lukewarm water.

For an envelope: Put 2 cm of paste on a thin cloth. Fold the cloth inwards and then place it on the desired place. Rinse off the healing clay with lukewarm water and dispose of it. Let it work for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Gentle bath: Dissolve a 200 g pack of healing earth in the bath water. You can also add a few drops of essential oils. Relax in the bath for 20 minutes. Rinse yourself off with clean water. Your skin becomes supple and soft. For dry skin, use a moisturizer / liquid afterwards.
