After fermentation, the pomegranate juice is frozen and then the water is removed from it at a maximum of 37 ° C in a vacuum. This freeze-drying produces a powder with a large surface area and good solubility. This is of great help for the resorption process, because only the substances that are present in the digestive juices in dissolved form can be resorbed. Freeze-drying optimally preserves the freshness quality and the natural spectrum of plant substances.
