The milk flow can be controlled by squeezing the Gen.3 bottle more or less, or by adjusting the flow regulator on the tube. The Breast Feeding Set works best with Haakaa Gen. 3 bottles with a variable flow teat (size L). However, it can also be used with other bottles with an X-shaped opening on the teat. Milk flow is started by simply placing the bottle slightly higher than the end of the tube.

Application

• Insert both tubes into the two openings of the adapter. Pull the thinner tube through the flow regulator.
• Pass the thicker tube through the X-shaped opening of the bottle teat and pull it until it goes deep enough into the milk in the bottle, screw the bottle shut.
• Place the end of the thinner tube about 1-2 cm away from the nipple and secure it with the tape.
• Attach your baby to your breast and then carefully place the thinner tube in his mouth.
• Gently squeeze the Gen. 3 baby bottle to increase the flow of milk. Squeeze the bottle less to slow the flow.
• Faif you are using a different bottle, simply place it slightly higher than the end of the thin tube to start the flow of milk.
• You can also regulate the flow of milk with the flow regulator.
