How to use Pump Out

• Make sure the cap is securely in the spout opening and seals it tightly.
• Place the opening nicely centered over your nipple and gently squeeze the milk catcher so that you feel a slight suction.
• Just leave the container on your breast and collect the milk. Of course, you can breastfeed your baby at the other breast.
• Remove the milk collector when it is full or when you have collected the desired amount of milk. Pull the cap out of the spout opening and empty your milk into a storage container or sippy cup. "Excess" milk can easily be stored in the freezer.

Application Collection

• Make sure the spout opening is open (the stopper should not close the opening). Place the milk collector between your breast and your bra. Check that your nipple is nicely centered in the opening.
• Adjust the position of the receptacle until you feel comfortable and then just let the milk flow.
• Remove the milk catcher when it is full or when you have collected the desired amount of milk. Empty your milk into a storage container or sippy cup. "Excess" milk can easily be stored in the freezer.

Cleaning and care

Clean after each use. haakaa recommends cleaning Haakaa silicone products by hand with hot water and soap. In the dishwasher, the silicone may turn milky. Do not use aggressive agents such as sterilizing tablets or bleach. Sterilize Haakaa silicone products after each use, preferably in a steam sterilizer or by boiling it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Also, do not use UV sterilizers as they shorten the life of the products.
