Morga Buy Agar-Agar (10g)

The vegetable gelling agent agar-agar can be used to make creams, cake icings and desserts. The vegetable binder in powder form is for thickening sauces, cake fillings and desserts.

Preparation

  • 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 1.5g) Agar-Agar corresponds to the binding power of 6 gelatine leaves and gels 500ml liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, etc.).
  • Sprinkle MORGA Agar-Agar into the cold liquid and boil for 1-2 minutes while stirring frequently.
  • Process immediately and allow the dish to cool.
