The small seeds of psyllium (Plantago ovata) are very rich in fiber. They have a water-binding and swelling property.

Use

Add a small amount of seeds to liquid and allow to swell for about 20 minutes. Then consume pure or stirred into muesli, cottage cheese, yogurt or other dishes. Drink enough liquid with it.
