The Demeter cereal grasses wheat grass, barley grass, spelt grass and oat grass grow in the southern Black Forest and in the Hegau region far from roads and industry near the Swiss border on a remote plateau 640 meters above sea level on shell limestone weathered soil. All grass products are "zero additive", gently dried at a constant temperature below 40° Celsius and available both as powder and as pressed pellets. The cereal grasses are gluten-free and optimally protected from environmental influences in the violet glass.
