Flour made from native gently dried grape pomace after pressing Zweigelt red wine. The grapes for NaturKraftWerke grape seed flour come from Austrian Demeter cultivation and fair friendship network. After pressing the red wine, the full pomace is gently dried in a condensation dryer under 42 °C and then cold ground. The fine grape seed powder is optimally protected from oxidation and imission in the high-quality Braunglass. Virgin from wine production, no waste (press cake) from oil extraction as usual.
