The ultra-fine ground, gluten-free BIO tiger nut flour finds many uses in the kitchen, from baking mixes to sauce base. The root tubers of the gluten-free "chufas" or "tiger nuts" from the plant family of cyper grasses are known since ancient times for their nutritional properties. In baking, the tiger nut - which has a slightly sweet taste due to the gentle roasting process - can be used instead of commercially available nut products (nut substitute). The Cyperus Esculentus is free of allergenic ingredients. Tigernuts are easily digestible and filling and are equally good, for example, in primal muesli, in yogurt, in a Budwig cream.

Application
