This native citrus seed oil is gently cold pressed from Sicilian lemons, oranges and mandarins from controlled Demeter cultivation in the NaturKraftWerke oil mill Zürcher Oberland. Virgin citrus seed oil is light yellow in color and rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as omega-3, omega-6, omega-9 and intense bitter substances traditionally known for well-being and balance.
