Use

Preparation instructions

Wash beans and soak in plenty of cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then drain water and rinse beans. boil 1 cup of black beans with about 3 cups of water once and then simmer gently for about 60 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Do not add salt until cooked.
