There, this particular specialty grows on clayey soil, giving it its characteristic aroma and typical red color. Preparation instructions

For 250g rice, bring 2-2.5 times the amount of water to a boil, add the rice and simmer for about 40-45 minutes on low heat in a closed pot. Remove from heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes. Do not salt the rice until it is cooked.
