RAPUNZEL Buy Jumbo Beans white (500g)

The aromatic and slightly sweet Jumbo beans are a real eye-catcher and particularly tasty. The beans cook floury and are excellent as a decorative antipasti. The beans are cleaned, sorted and packed after harvest. As antipasti, for salads, soups, as Gemüse and for hearty stews.

Use

Wash beans and soak in plenty of cold water for 8 - 12 hours. Then drain water and rinse beans. boil 1 cup of jumbo beans with about 3 cups of water once and then simmer gently for about 60-90 minutes at low temperature with the lid closed. Do not add salt until cooked.
