This nutty-sweet seduction conjures up a very special flavor in your dishes. Exotic coconut puree in combination with aromatic almonds and the light sweetness of dates - a wonderful treat! This creamy puree does not contain any additional fats or sugar. (No added sugar. Naturally contains sugar.) Liquid, spreadable or solid? The oil contained in coconut puree has a very low melting point. Therefore, the puree is spreadable at cool room temperature, solid in the refrigerator and almost liquid from about 23°C. Depending on the use, you can easily determine the consistency yourself! When the mush becomes solid again, the coconut oil oben can settle and form a white layer. Please simply stir it in again.
