Use

Rinse thoroughly with clean water before sprouting. Afterwards only sprinkle. Formation of Faser roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seed per seed pod. Soaking is not necessary. Sprinkle with water once a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Cress seeds are slime-forming and therefore not suitable for the germination jar
