Use

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption. Formation of Faser roots possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or germination jar. soak for 12 hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 3-5 days. Ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Consume raw only after the 4th day.
