Use

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption. Formation of Faser roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed bowl or germination jar. Soak for four hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 7-8 days. Ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Do not consume before day 7.
