

Fenugreek sprouts taste intensely spicy. Ideal as a topping for salads, in smoothies, summer rolls and dips. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet any time of year - and they're freshly harvested and "local" from your home windowsill!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption. Formation of Faser roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed bowl or germination jar. Soak for about five hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 2-4 days. Ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Will become bitter if overgerminated.
