UrgoClean is an innovation from Laboratoires URGO in the form of a sterile non-woven dressing made of highly absorbent and cohesive polyabsorbent Fasern [Polyacylat]. This innovation is based on structurally bonding the polyacrylate fibers in a plane parallel to the wound by thermostamping, which gives UrgoClean its specific properties:

• Absorption and entrapment of fibrinous Belagents and wound exudate
• High tensile strength

The polyabsorbent Facores of the UrgoClean dressing are coated with a microadhesive TLC wound healing matrix (Technology LipidoColloid), which easily forms a gel and thus facilitates the drainage of fibrinous Bellayers as well as the positioning and removal of the wound dressing.
