UrgoStart Plus Border is an innovative and patented wound dressing developed by Laboratoires Urgo. It is composed of two exclusive technologies: the TLC-NOSF wound healing matrix® and polyabsorbent Faseeds. UrgoStart Plus Border is composed of:

  • a microadhesive TLC-NOSF Wound Healing Matrix® consisting of lipidocolloid particles, polymers and an exclusive component NOSF (nano-oligo-saccharide Factor), which promotes faster wound healing. The TLC-NOSF Wound Healing Matrix® is applied to polyabsorbent polyacrylate fibers, which cleanse the wound of fibrin deposits, exudate and bacterial residues.
  • a highly absorbent fleece
  • a vapor-permeable and water-impermeable outer carrier with a silicone adhesive edge
