VANADIS Buy buckwheat (500g)

Buckwheat is suitable as a side dish, but also as an addition to soups and casseroles.

Use

Basic recipe 4 people: 250 g of whole buckwheat first cold, then hot and wash thoroughly. Add to 1/2 l of boiling water with 1 tsp of salt and cook on low heat for 10-20 min. Add about 1/4 l of water to the grains during cooking until cooked. After cooking, season strongly, add a little fat and let it swell. To keep the buckwheat grainy, it is recommended to dry the grains (fry them briefly in a greaseless pot).
