Its silicone film with extra adhesion is characterized by stronger initial adhesion for easy and reliable application of the foam dressing and is therefore also suitable for wounds that are difficult to access. Users are effectively relieved by the "third hand effect" when applying the secondary fixation. Furthermore, the silicone film of Cutimed® Siltec® Plus protects newly formed tissue and prevents the dressing from sticking to the exuding wound. Combined with the special Cutimed® Siltec® foam structure with superabsorbent technology, Cutimed Siltec Plus is characterized by fast and reliable exudate management. Cutimed® Siltec® Plus consists of a polyurethane foam with a highly adhesive silicone film for effective initial adhesion.
