Origin: Brazil
Usage: Pink pepper goes well with fish, in white sauces and with certain Gemvegetables (such as asparagus). It is also mixed with black, white and green pepper for the pepper mill.
Smell/Taste: Pink pepper smells and tastes sweet and aromatic, turpentine-like, similar to juniper, with a slight peppery note
