A warmed stomach can digest bessit and does not burden the body. Many enthusiastic Habermus users confirm these positive properties.
As no sugar is added, you can refine the spelt habermus with freshly grated apples, honey and flaked almonds. Habermus is a regular accompaniment to Fadiets and is also popular with athletes as "power food". It tastes deliciously of spelt and is rounded off with a subtle hint of cinnamon and a fruity apple note.
