Mixing powder recipe for pear honey puree: Cut 1 kg of pears (without cores) into pieces and boil them vigorously in water. Remove the cooking water and puree the soft pears. Heat 70-100g honey in a separate container and stir in 70g bear's root and pear honey powder. Then mix the pureed pears and honey mixture well and bring to the boil again.
