Properties

The PURAL brewer's yeast with malt is a deactivated dry yeast obtained from a fungal culture of the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is enriched with malt extract to soften the yeast taste. The PURAL brewer's yeast with malt is rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, B12). It also contains valuable minerals (potassium, phosphorus and zinc) and proteins.

Use

In sauces (salad dressing, etc...) to Garnieren cold (salads, raw vegetables...) or hot dishes ( Gemüse, pasta, soups...) dissolved in drinks (water, milk, fruit or Gemüsesäfte...).
