Schär Buy Brownies gluten-free baking mix (350g)

The gluten-free baking mix for all your chocolatey creations! Super chocolaty and incredibly delicious.

For the preparation you need:

• 150g melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 100ml milk

Application

For a springform pan (Ø 24 cm) or a casserole dish (approx. 20x20cm).

• Preheat the oven to 175°C top and bottom heat.
• Mix the eggs with the butter in a bowl. Add the baking mixture. Gradually stir in the milk until you have a smooth dough.
• Spread the batter in the baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth it out.
• Bake on the middle shelf for about 25 minutes.
• Let cool well and cut into pieces.

Tip: For extra crunch, sprinkle about 100g of chopped walnuts on top of the brownie mixture before baking.
